He graduated from the Faculty of Economy and
Sociology of Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg and Br.
Beginning in 1977 he worked as a Regional Director in insurance
industry. In 1979 he moved to pharmaceutical industry where he
climbed up the career ladder from Salesman, to Product Manager,
Product Managers’ Head to Marketing Director in the companies
Gödecke AG (Germany), Sanofi Pharma (France), Winthrop Sterling Drug
(USA) and Ferring (Sweden).
After opening the eastern borders he was appointed President in the
German and Russian Joint-Venture in Moscow. On completing the
project in 1992 he was offered to prepare newly employed presidents
and directors in Poland and Hungary for the new realities of the
creating markets. What was to be an episode, became a basis of a
business that lasts till these days.
He has a large experience of management, team managing, influencing
people, carrying out negotiations and solving conflicts. This may be
experienced while participating his workshop or listening to his
lecture. He thinks that each lecture, even on a most serious
subject, should be entartaining for the listeners instead of being
boring.
He leads classes in German, Polish, English, Russian and Spanish.

To involve himself in TQM implementation.
Often he leads an important introductory strategic workshop for the board
members or high managerial staff in an organisation.
He finds it amusing to see Polish managers sticking hard to
‘fashionable trends’
in management (e.g. MBO + bonus), which have already been forgotten
in the
West. Although they see how inefficient these methods are, they do
not
question them, and sometimes they defend them fiercely … how
interesting!
He really likes leading workshops for high managerial staff in
production and
service departments, especially if they are based on their own
examples.
He loves delivering lectures on controversial subjects and
fiercely discuss
with his listeners right during the speech.

He is a passionate opponent of motivating systems
He does not like conforming listeners (i.e. such that agree with
him in everything)
and before each lecture he invites everyone to be ‘aggressive’.
